Roll Out! Team Connect Support

To join a team, you need an invitation from a team administrator. They can send you an invite link or code that you can use when signing up or from the "Join Team" option in the app.

We appreciate your help in testing! You can report bugs through the in-app feedback option (shake your device or use the menu), or email support@bucketandmopco.com with details about what happened and any error messages.

During beta testing, some features may be gradually rolled out or still in development. If you're missing a feature you expected, it may be coming in a future beta update.

We're focused on getting things right rather than rushing. The public launch will happen when we're confident in the app's stability and have addressed beta tester feedback. Stay tuned for announcements!

Team creation is currently managed by our team to ensure proper setup. Contact us at support@bucketandmopco.com to request a new team, and we'll help you get started.

Roll Out! is specifically designed for wheelchair basketball teams, but we're exploring options for other adaptive sports. Let us know what sport you're interested in!
