1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any application or service provided by Bucket & Mop Co. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all of our applications including Roll Out! Team Connect, DailyLight Journal, Photographers of Murrieta, and any future applications we develop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use automated systems without our permission
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Collect user information without consent

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Our applications, including their design, features, and content (excluding user content), are owned by Bucket & Mop Co. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our applications without our written permission.

7. Beta Testing Terms

Some of our applications are currently in beta testing. By participating in beta testing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Warranty: Beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues. We make no warranties about app stability or data persistence during beta testing.
  • Data Risk: While we take precautions, data loss may occur during beta testing. Please maintain your own backups of important information.
  • Feature Changes: Beta features may change or be removed without notice as we refine the product.
  • Feedback: We welcome your feedback and suggestions. By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use it to improve our products without compensation or attribution.
  • Confidentiality: Beta features and functionality should not be publicly disclosed without our permission.

8. Fees and Payments

Some features may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) or our direct billing provider.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUCKET & MOP CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bucket & Mop Co. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the app or by contacting support.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Riverside County, California.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Bucket & Mop Co.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any app-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bucket & Mop Co. regarding your use of our services.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
